X is widening a transparency feature called Under the Hood so users can learn when local laws or government requests have caused their posts to be made less visible or removed. It will also disclose which country asked for the action.

X is broadening its "Under the Hood" transparency feature to disclose when posts have been reduced in reach or blocked because of local legislation and government requests. The disclosure will also identify the country that submitted the request.
