Amazon has blocked Meta's AI agent from using its site. The company already has its own foundation models and a leading inference platform, and it faces no legal requirement to give Muse access.

Meta's AI agent has been prevented from making use of Amazon.com. Amazon owns a collection of foundation models and runs one of the internet's most widely used inference platforms. With no legal obligation requiring Amazon to let Muse in, why would it open that door?
